Survey Program

CSSPPR uses the Ci3 CATI, a highly versatile automated telephone interviewing system developed by Sawtooth Technologies. This system allows CSSPPR staff to conduct up to 7 telephone interviews simultaneously, and accommodates questionnaires of virtually unlimited length and complexity. 

Interviewers are connected to respondents through Ci3's automatic dialing system, and data is immediately screened for valid responses and entered directly into the data base. These features greatly enhance the reliability and validity of survey data, maximizing the overall efficiency of the data collection process.
